Compassionate Care for Your Postpartum Journey
As a postpartum doula, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide the support you need during this transitional time. Whether you’re looking for emotional reassurance, help with baby care, or assistance with everyday tasks, I’m here for you.
What I Offer:
- Emotional Support: Helping you process the challenges and joys of new parenthood.
- Educational Guidance: Offering resources and tips on baby care, breastfeeding, and recovery.
- Physical Support: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and caring for your baby so you can rest.
Modeled after the Green Bottle Sliding Scale, I offer a sliding scale in order to make my services as accessible as possible. I am only able to continue doing this because folks are honest about what they are able to pay.
Payment plans are also available.
Each Package Includes:
- One postpartum planning session before baby comes.
- Continuous phone and email support throughout the postpartum period.
- In-person visits (3 or 4 hours each).
- Available from the hours of 7am-10pm, maximum 4 hours per day.

18 hours of postpartum support,
over first four weeks.

24 hours of postpartum support,
over three months.

over first year postpartum.

Additional hours may be organized at $30/ hour.
Welcome Home Package
The Welcome Home Package is here to help you settle in after birth, whether your home was ready or not. Within 48 hours of birth, your postpartum sidekick will come to freshen up your space with light housework, finish any essential chores, and bring a nourishing home-cooked meal and snack for the family. In just a few hours, you’ll have a clean, calming environment to focus on bonding with your baby. The perfect gift for yourself or any expecting parent, let us take care of the details so you can take care of yourself.
Investment: $150 – No time limit on purchasing!
