Postpartum Support Services

Compassionate Care for Your Postpartum Journey
You don’t need to figure it all out alone.
As your postpartum sidekick, I’m here to help you feel more supported, less overwhelmed, and better resourced in the early weeks and months after birth. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, support makes all the difference.
Each in-home support shift is 3–5 hours, giving us time to get things done without rushing. We’ll focus on what matters most to you that day.
Support might include:
- Talking through your birth or postpartum experience
- Infant feeding support (breast/chest, bottle, pumping)
- Light meal prep or snack setup
- Newborn care while you nap or shower
- Helping with older kids
- Light tidying or laundry
- Planning for the week ahead
- Emotional check-ins and reassurance
You don’t need to know exactly what you’ll need—I can help you figure it out as we go.

Green Bottle Sliding Scale
If cost is a barrier, you’re still welcome here. The Green Bottle is my sliding scale option for families who need support at a different rate. Reach out and we’ll figure out a plan that works for both of us—because community care should be accessible.
Payment plans are also available.
