Postpartum support includes emotional support for the new parent(s), educational support and resources, and physical support such as light housekeeping, cooking and meal preparation, baby care, and more. As a postpartum doula, I want to meet you where you are at, and support you in the ways that you need. You can read a detailed account of what postpartum doulas offer here. Payment plans are also available.

Modeled after the Green Bottle Sliding Scale, I offer a sliding scale in order to make my services as accessible as possible. I am only able to continue doing this because folks are honest about what they are able to pay.

Green Bottle Sliding Scale

Packages

Each package includes:

- One postpartum planning session before baby comes.

- Continuous phone and email support throughout the postpartum period.

- In-person visits (3 or 4 hours each).

- Available from the hours of 7am-10pm, maximum 4 hours per day.

18 hours of postpartum support, over first four weeks: Bottle 1: $400; Bottle 2: $500; Bottle 3: $600

24 hours of postpartum support, over three months: Bottle 1: $800; Bottle 2: $900; Bottle 3: $1000

100 hours of postpartum support, over first year postpartum: Bottle 1: $2000; Bottle 2: $3000; Bottle 3: $4000
