It’s Not Too Late: A Postpartum Reset

For when you’re already in it, and realizing you need more hands-on support.

Still in the thick of it? You’re not too late.

You’re a few weeks—or a few months—into postpartum.
You’re surviving, mostly.
But you’re tired. Touched out. Trying to figure out how to feed yourself and keep everyone alive.

Maybe you didn’t plan for support.
Maybe you thought things would feel easier by now.
Maybe you’re holding it all together with snacks, caffeine, and sheer willpower.

Whatever brought you here:
💜 You’re not too late to get the support you need.
💜 You don’t have to figure this all out alone.
💜 It’s okay to start now.

This package was made for the parents who are deep in it.

You know you need help, but asking for it feels complicated.
You’ve been pushing through, hoping things will settle.
But you’re ready to feel a bit more held.

This isn’t a rescue mission. It’s a re-entry. A reset.
A chance to regroup, reconnect, and get some actual support—without starting from scratch.

This might be right for you if:

  • You didn’t plan for postpartum support—and now wish you had
  • You’re trying to do everything and feeling burned out
  • Your baby is here, but so is the laundry, the mental load, and the pile of dishes
  • You’re craving rest, support, and someone to share the weight with
  • You feel behind, but know you’re ready for things to feel different

Can I use this even if my baby is older?

Absolutely. I support families all the way through the first year (and honestly, parenting doesn’t stop there). Whether you’re four weeks in or nine months, if you’re still in the thick of it, this is for you.

How quickly can I start?

It depends on availability, but I do my best to make space for families who need support now. Reach out—I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I stretch the 24 hours over a longer time?

Yes! We can spread your hours out in whatever way feels most helpful—intensive or slow and steady.

What kind of stuff can you help with?

Meal prep, emotional support, troubleshooting daily rhythms, baby care, tidying, sibling transitions, light organizing, navigating feeding or sleep challenges (without pressure), and more. We’ll tailor it to what you need.

Can I add more hours later?

Totally. If you realize you want to continue after the 24 hours, we can build a follow-up plan that works for your family.

Ready to feel more supported?

It’s not too late.
You don’t have to keep doing it all.
Let’s build something better—together.
