Nurture & Thrive Parent Circle

A free peer support group for parents in the postpartum period

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Nurture & Thrive is a welcoming space to connect with other parents, share the ups and downs, and feel supported—emotionally, mentally, and practically.

Each session includes a light educational topic or resource, followed by open conversation. Babies are always welcome, and feeding, fussing, and snacking are all part of the vibe.

When: Fridays, 10:00–11:30 AM
Where: Encompass Health & Wellness – 130 Weber St. W, Suite 202
Cost: Free

Drop in when you can. Come as you are. Let’s build our village, together.
